Our first session together is usually 75 minutes. You may not know what exact treatment you need, and this is something we can discuss. I will undertake a comprehensive assessment to see what your triggers are and figure out what kind of treatment you need. Many people do not expect the plan we decide on but love what they end up getting, because it goes right to the heart of the issue at hand. I will often start with a combination of soft tissue techniques and home-care advice adapted to you. We work together to find the best solution for you.
