I am an experienced muscle skeletal therapist and member of the ISRM (Institute for Sports and Remedial Massage), with experience in working with the general public, from athletes to people just wishing to feel and move better and get a bit fitter, providing personalised help and support to clients with a wide range of issues. Further, I have worked in professional football at youth level with Charlton Athletic FC and Gillingham FC, and at international level with England Schoolboys’ Under 18, and England Schoolgirls’ Under 15, teams.

I hold a Level 5 BTEC Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy / Sports Massage – the highest available qualification in the field, and continue to develop my treatments and knowledge with ongoing courses. I also hold the Football Association Diploma in the Treatment and Management of Injuries – the FA’s senior football rehabilitation course.

Over the years I have developed a keen interest in helping people with chronic pain including fibromyalgia, headaches, migraines and back pain and work with a wide range of conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis to help with movement and function.

I take a holistic person-centred approach, factoring in your wider lifestyle into the treatment, helping you to recover and manage your condition through massage and manual therapy, advice, exercise-based rehabilitation, education and coaching. Sometimes we just need reassurance that a certain treatment is meaningful to us in order for progress to be made.
